Dear friends and family, what a week!

Facebook is really changing the game. We taught our Vietnamese investigator, C, three times this week using messenger, and he is still really interested. We taught him who God is, who Jesus Christ is, about the Premortal life, ane what our purpose is in this life. We taught him that our goal in life is to follow God and choosing the right, following the prophets, reading the scriptures, and praying. We invited him to say his first prayer in his whole life and he did it. Pretty cool. Then he had some questions about how to get rid of guilt, so we talked about repentance, being baptized, and keeping our covenants with Heavenly Father that we make when we get baptized. His next question was perfect; he wanted to know how to know right from wrong, so we taught him about the gift of the Holy Ghost. I wanted to set a date for him to be baptized, but he said he wasn't sure how he felt about it, so I think he just needs a little more faith through praying and reading the scriptures before he makes that commitment. He said he believes that everything we've taught is true though, so he has a ton of potential!

Unfortunately he haven't been able to teach JC again. Every
time we see that he's online on Facebook, we say hi and he always responds, but then when we ask him when he can teach him, he doesn't respond, even though we can see that he has read the message. Hopefully things will turn around and we can teach him again, because that first lesson with him was incredible.

We taught a man named A at the church yesterday, and it was pretty cool. Elder Diaz is already doing really well at teaching. When we explained the story of Joseph Smith, he said that he had always had the same question that Joseph Smith had: "Why are there so many different churches?" Hopefully we were able to answer his question.

We exchanged with the Spanish East Elders this week. I went with Elder Short. It was really fun. We
went to an investigators house that had never let them in before, and they let us in, on top of that, one of their friends was home, and we were able to get their contact information and now the East Elders are teaching her.

Things are going really well. The Branch is really struggling. A lot of families have gone inactive because they choose to be offended by other members. Hopefully we can help them soften their hearts.

I finished the Book of Mormon again this morning. What a blessing to have the Book of Mormon, it's true!

Anyways I'm out of time. I need to be smarter with emailing on Pdays, sorry! Love y'all
