Sorry folks don't have any time to email this week, but shout out to my homie Juan DeAlba for getting his mission call to Brazil!This was a good week. We are on bikes again for the whole week because our car is in the shop. It is HOT. It's 100 degrees with 90 percent humidity. I haven't sweat so much since my football days. We worked hard this week, and things are still tough. I feel I learned to suck it up and embrace the grind, and not be afraid of hard work this week. I am happiest when I work hard, so I'm going to give it all I've got. I love y'all!
